I want to know salary details of my husband for alimony in divorce case. Under which ministery and department can i file RTI and what documents should I submit to file an RTI
salary documents are personal documents. These cannot be obtained through RTI. If you have also filed FIR under 498A, then you may request the Investigating Officer to obtain salary slip of your husband from husband's office.
If that is not possible, then you may hire a private investigator/detective for the purpose of obtaining salary details of husband.
