My father in law wants to file fake 498 and DV case against us. Q1 where he can file case ? (a) where marriage performed and he lived. (b) where her daughter live with me (c) anywhere in India (d) he wants to file case in other state where his parents stay

He can file the case where they live..they can't file case in any state nor they do it anywhere in india except the place where they live.
Complaint under Section 498A IPC can be filed at place of woman's residence .

Your wife can cases from where her parental home is or her in laws house or where she temporarily stays or Does job !
It’s better you must immediately hire an advocate to do certain home work before she filed case !

Sir your father in law cannot file 498 case or DV case on you or your family. It can only be done by your wife. If your wife is living with her father and he is planning to file on her behalf then also she has to give proper power of attorney.
He can file where your wife is living currently or where you both lived i.e. you matrimonial house.
