Which case has precedence - a case in family court or a uk court

Indian wife returns to India with her kid from UK and does not wish to go back. Filed divorce petition in family court. Yet to get a decree. Husband files a case in uk court for child custody. Which case will stand?

as regards the custody of the child, according to Indian law, the court at the place of residence /stay of the ward is having jurisdiction and so alone, at the instance, if you file a petition invoking provisions of guardians and wards act seeking interim custody/communication through any medium is the possibility
