At the stage of filing a divorce petition, you are required to state the material facts and grounds per for the divorce . only facts and grounds need to be mentioned . Evidence can be produced later during trial at deposition . Still if you already have strong documents , filing them with a petition is advisable .

In a divorce petition, you are not required to file all evidences along with the case. At the filing stage, you only need to submit the petition with material facts, grounds for divorce, and supporting documents if any. The detailed evidence is to be produced later during trial, particularly at the stage of affidavit of evidence/deposition before the Family Court.
