Whereabouts of the parents of the 3rd. party

27-Jan-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Does someone really need to know the address of the 3rd. party with whom the spouse has run away,to send the notice, where both of them are missing? If the parents of the 3rd. party change their address , how the petitioner can follow them to get the address to service the notice?

There is no need to serve the notice on the Residential Address or any other physical Address always. Parties in a Litigation can serve the Notice via WhatsApp, Email ID and by SMS too nowadays as per the IT Act,2000 and Indian Evidence Act, 1872.
