When Remarriage can be done post divorce decree

when, a person can go for remarriage post getting the divorce decree. what can be done if first wife filled appeal against the divorce decree after 6 months and husband already got remarried.?

Hi. There are two questions. 1. Whether wife wants her husband back ? 2. Whether she wants to settle ? I dont see a point in going back to the husband best is to settle and take settlement amount. We can discuss it further on call

Six months is passed the limitation period. Wife should have sufficient cause for the delay. If the appeal is accepted in the court then you’ll have to wait and go through the process of it for the new marriage to be valid.
