It can be at any stage depending upon the understanding of the parties. Part payment can be done at the time of filling with the remaining at the time of the passing of the Decree of Divorce. The money may also be deposited in Court. Since it is a mutual consent Divorce, there are no set rules and it all boils down to the arrangements between the parties.

As per your query

In the case Mutual Divorce it is upto parties to decide when the payment can be done. You need to file consents terms mentioning the mode and ratio and stages of payment to be made. However it would be pertinent to note that, before court passing the order of divorce all the payments are done and their is no claim of any party on the other party.
