When happened after 3 summon to husband

My husband not present on 3 dates after summon to him...then my lawyer told me court will publish news in newspaper...evenafter he not present then court will do x party ..but on that date again court pass order to send one summon through DSP

Ma’am generally after three consecutive non-appearance in court, exparte order is passed. You can ask for the issuance of warrant of arrest. For precise advice detailed analysis of your facts is necessary.

Court may first ensure proper service. If DSP service is ordered, it must be complied with. If husband still avoids service, court can permit paper publication and then proceed ex-parte as per the concerned provisions of law.
