Sir, after the chargesheet is filed in the court, the court issues summons for the accused to appear and file an application seeking court bail from the Hon'ble Court along with a sound surety with documents to satisfy the court. For assistance, you may consult me.

No till the time you Dont recieve summons from the court you Need not appear. Once the chargesheet is filed the Court will issue summons to the accused persons to appear Wherein you would require to appear and seek bail. In the meantime it is advisable to seek a legal consultation and engage a lawyer for your case.

Dear client You should move an anticipatory bail as soon as possible, further, once the charge sheet is filed then the trial will start. Feel free to get in touch to discuss further. Regards Adv. Abhinav Sharma
