When can I file for divorce after rcr

Me and my husband stayed away for almost 1.5yrs he went to court for rcr stating he wants to live with wife and children after the agreement at court signed by both to live together later after 3months things started to chance as usual he manhandled me by hitting my head to wall left me bleed later my parents took me and my children with them I filled a complaint against my husband and his mother to the nearest police station when can I file for divorce
you can file for divorce right now. just because you went back to him after he filed Institution of kajugal rights does not mean that there should be a fresh limitation. however you have not stated now what is the duration that you are away from him the second time.
