What will be the next step of court after failure of mediation

My wife complain a false FIR on me and my family members. I submitted petition in highcourt for quashing court send our case in mediation centre but my wife came in first mediation only after 3 date she was not appear mediation got failed . What will be the next step of court taken on this case

once mediation is filled the report will be put up before the hon'ble court and the court will grant you bail. as generally when mediation is filled and report is put before the bench in such circumstances if argument is proper and chargesheet is filed during the period the case baill is granted.
