I am 34 years old Hindu male. Married since December 2016. My wife is working in Bank of Mah. drawing salary around 30k, while I am a IT professional having salary 65k(after tax deduction). We have 1.5 years old daughter. Since last 7 months we are not living together. she is living with her parents. I used to live with her in rented house. She doesn't want to live with my Mother. She always compares me with her relatives, never involved me in major life decisions, demoralized me many times. Her family is involved very heavily in my married life. I want to file for divorce, what will be the alimony amt considering that my parents and me diabetic and have hypertension?
