What to do when your boyfriend's wife threatens you to lodge complaint
11-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I started dating a guy few months back and i got to know that he is married. I immediately told his wife and we got separated. After few months we both started talking because of some reason and he told me his wife is pregnant and he is not happy with this baby and marriage as well. I fell for him and we started dating. We didn't have any kind of sexual intercourse yet. We never had sex. He told me that he wants few months to figure out nafter this baby comes and doesn't want to wish to be with his wife. His wife got to know about us and read our chats as well. She called me and abused me. Now she is threatening me to lodge a complaint, asking me to meet her and her family and talk to my parents. I don't wanna involve my family. What should i do?
In this situation you must hire one advocate who can draft one apprehension intimation and you have to submit that to the concerned police station before she involves you in any false the case or implication …right now this is the better to to keep distance from that person until he takes his final decision to get divorce ….thank you

Just try to solve this matter peacefully because if she made a complaint against you then you will be in a deep trouble. The fact that she’s also pregnant right now can go against you. It’s up to you what you want to do with this relationship. He’s not interested in living with the wife or not. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
It can be said that you are having an affair with this guy. Following are the legal obligations of being a girlfriend:
1. A girlfriend has no legal rights to her partner.
2. A girlfriend is not a part of the family.
3. A girlfriend doesn’t have to share responsibilities with her partner.
4. She can move on from the relationship whenever she likes. They don’t need legal action.
Therefore you have no legal obligation towards the guys' wife and should not in any way get involved.
