What to do when husband torture wife and harasses the wife

Due to daily insult and hard language..i left house untold to any body. Searched and send to parental home daily husband calling nd harassing then again I left home for 3month again I came back but situation is same..dnt know what to do and how to file complaint against husband's torture

Hello mam, do not worry for such situation. Because there has been a law/ statute enacted for protecting women from such torture and harassment. You can file a complaint under the Domestic Violence Act by which your husband will be liable for punishment by way of paying you monthly maintenance allowances every month and also he will pay you the cost and expenses of the case that you will do. Secondly, file an fir under section 498A of IPC against your husband and he will be arrested immediately. You may go for divorce to the family court afterall.

dear client madam you need not to wory you can file a domestic voilence case against your husband in the court of sdjm and you can also complain against your husband in the neaarest police station a

You can file a police complaint of cruelty. Or file a domestic violence case before the protection offiicer or in the court. Consult an advocate for guidance. ....

U can file FIR against your husband u/s 498 IPC to your local thana for beating and torture.If u are living separately,u can claim maintenance from your husband.Never tolerate torture and try to stand on your own leg.

Dear Mam, You filed a written complain before the police station in your jurisdiction against your husband regarding physical or mental harassment.you also complain before State commission for women.
