Yes aap mental cruelty ko base bana kar diverse ke lie family court me suit file kar sakte hai .wife ke cahne ya na cahne se kuch farak nahi padta@ if aap ki marriage ko 7 year se jyda ho gaya hai to dahej ka case nahi ho sakta hai @
