Hi, I buyed a plot . but the dimensions (north ,south,east,west) in the registry is not same as the plot in which seller provided me acquisition (all other things in registry are correct like - araji number , names ,area). Can I make rectification in plot registry for the dimensions and how much time and money cost in this.

law ke according document ka rectification ho sakta hai @koi time limit nahi hai jase hi jankari me aya turant rectification registry office me ja kar karwa le @time kuch bhi nahi lagega sirf at list 1/2 hours me ho jaye ga@ rupees 500 me ho jaye ga
Q: Sale deed made by father of ancestor property without consent
I am resident of Dist Pratapgarh Uttarpradesh . My father ha s sold some portion of ancestral property which is being carry forward from my forfathers at this own without consent of me and my btohers. Sale deed has been finalised in May 2017. Can we challange the ssale deed made by my father ? Upto which extent we will succeed in court of law.

jee ha app sale deed ke cancellation ke lie civil court me suit file kar sakte hai but property ke utne part ke lie jo father ke part me @1/3 se jyada hai @ aap do brother ka 2/3 property ko sale kane ka right father ko nahi hai but cancellation ka limits 3 years hi hai
