What to do if wife not willing for divorce

Hi sir, I had a relationship[ wid a guy who is already married since frm last 5 years and also had a 3 yearson.. he wants to take divorce from his wife but she is not ready to give divorce.. So,please suggest the best possible solution to this problem as we want to live together..
as per the current hindu law you cannot marray a person who is already married. the husband can file divorce petition and after that only you people will be able to get married. you can opt for consultation for better advice after going through every aspect.

The only solution to get divorce is to present a petition for divorce on the grounds like desertion, adultery, cruelty, conversion to other religion etc. To file a suit for a decree of dissolution of marriage does not depend on the condition that there should be consent of wife unless it is a suit for divorce by mutual consent filed under section 13 B of Hindu Marriage Act.
