If your wife attempted suicide then she is in dire need for counselling. If you don't want to divorce it is better to avoid courts and approach a qualified counsellor to sort out the difference of opinion in your marital life.

First you should not allow your wife to threaten you continuously because this will surely put you in trouble. You do give formal complaint against your wife in near by police station or all women police station. At the time of enquiry police will call you and your wife and they give counselling also. At police station you both will give in writing that you both will not threaten each other and if something happens then you each responsible for your problem.
