You can file a case for domestic violence against your in-laws and seek protection, residence and maintenance and compensation for the physical and/or mental torture that you have endured at their hands. You can also prosecute them under criminal law by making complaint in police station under section 498 A and 509 of the Indian Penal Code.

You need to register a police complaint narrating the entire reasons for such behaviour ( including dowry demand, the harassment you face, the cruelty inflicted upon you).
It will be the first thing to do..
Secondly, you need to think how to get rid of this problem..if you want to be in this marriage or else seek your way out. But , since this is quite big a decision, think before you move ahead.

First of all, if your in-laws are torturing or provocating for suicide then you should not tolerate harassment at all. You should register a complaint to your nearest police station.
If you want to complain about domestic violence and suicides against those people, you can also tell in your complaint that if you are demanding dowry, the case of Section 498A is registered on them.

If you have support of your parents then immediately leave your matrimonial home. Go to the police and ask for help. Be strong. No one in this entire world can force you to commit suicide. If you are alone then find some suitable organizations which help women.
