What to do if husband not paying maintenance and not appearing before

Sir,I had filed maintenance case three years back against my husband...one year back court decided some amount of maintenance and ask him to pay the maintenance of two years...but he did not pay anything and he approached high court.now it's been one year.neither he is paying maintenance nor appearing before the court.so court order an arrest warrant two months back...but stil he is not arrested.what should I do next.? Kindly suggest
when he approached high court he has to deposit 50 percent of maintenance awarded. so I suggest you to make sure about your case details. ask your advoacte to get the warrant executed through police.
