It's a matrimonial issue I m a sikkh girl my husband threw me out of his home nd not ready to take me back coz of the pressure of his parents I hve tried alot to save my marriage but I m not getting any results plsss tell me what to do now??
Hello..you can go to your nearest women cell and lodge a complaint against your husband they will call him and his parents and will try to resolve through mediation ..or you can file a petition of restitution of conjugal rights u/s 9 of Hindu Marriage Act . In this petition you can state the reasons and request to judge for restitution of your marriage rights. Thank you.
