You can claim to stay there as a right and it is your shared household. You can get protection from the court so that he does not evict you from the house and for the same you need to file a case of domestic violence against him and his mother

Marriage is not a problem, now he has to prove whether you are legally wedded or not but yes you can take steps available under law against him. U can file complaints for your grievances and also approach court of law

Of course, you have the right. You might be christain by birth but now you are a hindu wife and hindu marriage act is applicable on you. Why do not you lodge complaint against your husband at police station. I do not understand one thing when you gathered so much of courage to get maaried against the wish of your parents why are you so afraid now when your rights are in danger? See, if you do not take steps at this point, your life would be spoiled. It is upto you whether to save your life or spoil. But I would suggest go ahead and lodge police complaint against your in-laws and husband rest is upto you.
