What to do husband filed a divorce in different state

Sir me from A.p and husband filed divorce petition in T.N. 2 years back.. Me contested and was granted I.A of Rs 15000 8mnths back. Still Dnt get any money n me not able to travel 500 km to n fro every time to attend court..I Dnt HV any hope that I will get I.A and my lawyer is recluse.. In this situation, can I again file a divorce with permanent maintenance at my place? I have a 18 months baby and also have a 498a and dowry case that I filed against my husband, in-laws thats going on in our place.. In this stance.. Can I appointment a lawyer in the place of public prosecuter who can put a additional petition of my divorce and permanent maintenance? Or is it wise to file divorce n maintenance as a separate case ,other than this 498a case? Pls clarify.. Thanks in advice.
