What to do how to proceed kindly advice

My wife is preventing me from contacting or visiting my parents, constantly subjects me to mental harassment, and makes repeated suicidal threats. She also threatens to file false cases against my family without any valid reason. This ongoing behaviour is causing severe emotional distress and trauma day and night, affecting my mental well-being.
