What steps a hindu girl can take against her parents when they are forcing to marry someone and made stopped her study while knowing that she loves someone else by giving threats, tourchring and much more....(girl age is 18 and mine is 20) what steps she can take ?? Can we come together in live-in relationship with our consent ??
If both of you have attained your age of majority then you are free to get married to the person of your choice. And if you both want to live in relationship then it’s possible if both of you are giving your valid consent. You can always go through the process of court marriage. you and your friend if you both want can live together in a live in relationship. it is legal.
secondly , incase girls parents are forcing or presurizing her then she can file a complaint to police and cal also file a dv before magistrate.
