Police mein complaint darj karne ka dhamki de sakte hain, aapke paise koi bhi kharch nahi sakta. Aap apne Pati se baat kariye, phir bhi aise hi chala toh Mahila police Thane mein jaake ek complaint darj keejiye. Aapko pareshaniya Kam hongi. Ek baat kehesakta hoon, aapke Pati aapka saath nahi denge toh maamla bigadbhi sakta, aur talak dene par majboor ho jaye. Mera Salah yen hai ki, aap ek independent aurat honeke nate, Kyun itni pareshaniya jhel Rahi hai. Ek vakeel se miliye, aapko legal advice ki sakht jaroorath hai

Hi....if you dont want to give divorece then after you getting summons from the court you file your vakalath and take a petition copty from the court and after that you can file a objection on the same.
