What should be the base of this situation in divorce

Need to know what is the divorce ground for this situation.
Got married 2.5 months ago. Stayed with husband and mother in law for 45 days, post which father git sick and came to home town. I mentioned my husband that I didn't want to talk to father in law directly as I feel mentally stressed while talking to him as he talks rudely as father. He pushed me to talk and call to him as I am daughter in law. Since last 30 days husband neither called not messaged. I called him but he didn't receive call. Though his father calls every family member and relatives for more 4 times almost everyday including me. My husband also removed me from society access.
you can show the reason as cruelty and mental harassment to you from there family and even you can go for domestic violence case against them if you actually want to take divorce from them and even maintenance

if you are not aware of the reason why he is behaving like that even when others are speaking to you then you better file for restitution of conjugal rights at the place where your last resided together. there is a minimum period of one year after marriage for filing of divorce. For some Limited reasons within one year you can fili application to the court to waive that limitation condition.
