What my parents Loose if I kill my self

Dear Lawyers, Marriage lasted only 3 months, i decided not spend a single day with girl who is habitual of sleeping with different men in hotels and lodges. We as family are ashamed and entire family health is worse now specially mine. Everyday we being threatened I have decided to kill myself what my parents Loose if I don't have any property on my name except LiC, term insurance and 1.5 lacs of NPS . Atleast my parents and siblings can live their life and free from this dirty and fraud family

Well, you can apply in Court to seek Unilateral Divorce under the concerned provisions of the your personal marriage law before UCC comes into force or else, you can wait for the UCC to come into force after few months down the line to seek Unilateral Divorce on the ground of your Wife's Adultery.
