What legal action i need take and how my husband get back me

i have married on 4 months ago, before marrige i have relation with one person.after some disputes breakup happens and then i got married .after two months my husband saw my ex pics and he leave .then after some days he put some conditions on me to accept.1.i have to change sim,2.removing my pragnency,3. he asking land. my parents accept those conditions.now he again tourted me he didn't accept me.i have been taking mental pressure and going attempt the suicide.

hi you could file petition in court asking for mental harassement and for toture in form of domestic violence and that you could also file petition in court for mental and physical cruelty in court and could seek cimpensation
