Sir my degree course is not complete I had re-appear in my sone exams but before marriage I haven’t disclose but now my wife came to know and now she is threatening to file cases against me and she also hide her actual date of birth she gave false horoscope and misrepresent date of birth can she take divorce or she can complaint against me?

There is no scope for complaints in your matter. But she can always apply for annulment of marriage on the ground of concealment of facts before marriage. your wife cannot ask divorce in your case as this is a case of misrepresentation. Grounds of divorce are not fulfilled . Just chill make her understand your situation and try to resolve without coming to court . Tell her you are maintaining her as a wife you are not moving away from your responsibility. Try to focus on this line.
