What is the waiting period for a Christian Ex-Party divorce?

07-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I learnt from your posts that a Hindu Ex-Parte Divorce has a waiting period of 90 days to make the verdict final and nullifying the opposite party's appeal. But I want to know what is the Waiting period for a Christian Ex-Parte Divorce. How many days a Christian Man has to wait after getting the order copy if his partner didn't respond to come to court and the court provides an exparte divorce.? (Both Husband and Wife are Christians)

Hello sir,
In accordance with the Divorce Act, an ex-parte divorce holder has to wait for the period of appeal to expire probably 90 days. Meantime if the partner set exparte, prefers an application to set aside the exparte order then then the person could remarry after the issue is finally decided.
