What is the validity of a 377 MLC which is done after 2 years?

My wife has done an MLC from a govt hospital to support her 498A FIr. The incident she claims is of 2018 however the medical is done in 2020 and even those reports state that no recent sexual contact and some old injury marks.
Can somebody let me know how valid is that report? And how potent is that medical report?
report will be just zero when lawfully and astutely testified in the court. you will be having a clear edge. we can show and prove that incident of 2018 and mlc of 2020 have no proximity and no correlation which is ipso facto manifested.
