What is the time period of remarriage after ex parte divorce decree

I have been ordered exparte divorce decree on 25.08.17 As per HMA. When can i get remarried?My husband hasnt come even once in the case which lasted for 1.5yrs and hv been living seperately for 5years.was married In 2007 august. Is it legal?
Hello madam,court order by exparte is valid but it is based of bon appearance of other side u got order so in that Ur husband can file petition to set a side that order and he can contests the case .
