The process of Mutual Divorce is very less time taking & very less complicated. The entire process is finished in 25-30 days. Process would include both spouses to appear before Court 2 times & by 2nd Motion, you’d be granted Divorce.

A mutual consent divorce is a straightforward legal process when both husband and wife agree to dissolve their marriage. My professional fee for handling the entire process is ₹20,000. The process generally takes around 6 months, subject to the applicable legal requirements and the court's schedule. Both parties will generally need to appear together before the court on approximately four occasions. After filing the joint petition, the court generally allows a period of 6 months for both parties to reconsider their decision and decide whether they wish to continue the marriage. After this period, both parties appear before the court again, and the judge confirms their consent to proceed with the divorce. The necessary formalities and evidence are then completed, and the court issues the final divorce decree. Both parties must remain willing to proceed with the mutual consent divorce throughout the process. Please feel free to ask if you need any further clarification regarding the procedure, fees, or documentation.
