मेरी शादी को 6 साल हुए हैं हमारा एक बेटा है 3 साल का मेरी पत्नी इन 6 सालों में 2 महीने भी तरीके से मेरे साथ नहीं रही है लड़ झगड़ के अपने मायके चली जाती है अभी जब 1 साल से अपने मायके में रहते हुए हो गए तो उसने महिला थावे में आरोप लगाकर फिर दर्ज कराई फिर वह वहां सारी बातें मानकर वापस आ गई आई हुई 2 महीने भी नहीं हुए की फिर से वही लड़ाई झगड़ा शुरू कर दिया अक्सर लड़ाई के बाद फांसी लगाने की धमकी देती है फिर भी बोलती यहां रहती है फिर भी बोलती नहीं बस मायके वालों के दबा के कारण होती है वरना यहां से उसे कोई मतलब ही नहीं है ऐसे में मैं उससे अलग होना चाहता हूं मेरी पत्नी ट्वेल्थ पास है मायके में जमीन खेत वगैरह है मेरे पास जमीन नहीं है मैं कमाता नहीं हूं मैं सरकारी नौकरी की तैयारी कर रहा हूं 6 साल से सभी उसे समझा रहे हैं पर उसे वापस आने का केवल 2 महीने का ही शौक आता है मुझे एक ऐसा तरीका बताएं जिससे मैं अब बिना किसी नोटिस के सीधे तलाक ले सकूं क्योंकि अगर अब भी वह वापस आए तो मन हमारे मिलेंगे नहीं साथ रहने का कोई मतलब नहीं है अक्सर वह बातों में बच्चों के जरिए हिस्सा लेने की बात करती है

We met one dating app. I met with her. She was taking money for shopping and day to day life expenses for herslef and her family member. I have transferred money to her bhabi account no many time. In 4 months she took money approx 3 lacs. She was always demanding money. When i denied then she blocked my number. I called to his brother but they were not coming to meet me. Hi, I am NRI going through matrimonal dispute with my wife. I got call from Mahila thane in May, 2024 and my advocate asked me to leave India immediately. I got notice on whatsapp after I left India. IO has been asking my parents to have me report to police station for investigation. I wonder if I should come back to India or ignore the notice since I wasn't in India when FIR was filed. I have heard that passport maybe seized if I visit the police station and I won't be able travel back

My wife has filed maintenance case. The custody of my daughter is with me. I have been asked to present the income affidavit in the court. Other than school fees, my daughter has other monthly expenses(Tuiton Fees, Transport Fees, Basket Ball Class, Music & French Class). I've the receipts & will be presenting the same in court. My question is :-Do my daughter's tutors & coaches also need to appear once in court, So that these expenses can be considered as valid by the court? Yes/No
