Q: NRI - 498a notice when not in india

Hi, I am NRI going through matrimonal dispute with my wife. I got call from Mahila thane in May, 2024 and my advocate asked me to leave India immediately. I got notice on whatsapp after I left India. IO has been asking my parents to have me report to police station for investigation. I wonder if I should come back to India or ignore the notice since I wasn't in India when FIR was filed. I have heard that passport maybe seized if I visit the police station and I won't be able travel back

ji nhi ap Thane m mat jana ....ap jaha hai vahi rhe Thane m ane par apka passport jabt hoga jab tk challan ...pesh na ho or baki same day jmanti ho jati hai esmy ...koi bda issue nhi hai apka konse Thane m I mean konsi district m hai case ....jhunjhunu hai to mujhe contact kar lena

Q: Maintenance Case: Need to present expenditure receipts

My wife has filed maintenance case. The custody of my daughter is with me. I have been asked to present the income affidavit in the court. Other than school fees, my daughter has other monthly expenses(Tuiton Fees, Transport Fees, Basket Ball Class, Music & French Class). I've the receipts & will be presenting the same in court. My question is :-Do my daughter's tutors & coaches also need to appear once in court, So that these expenses can be considered as valid by the court? Yes/No

ji nhi tutors & coaches ki koi need nhi hai court me sirf ap bill pesh kr de .....or apka konse court m file chal rahi ...agr ap apni bacchi ka khyal apki wife se Jayda acche se rakh rhe ho or uski age 6 yr se above hai to apke pass hi rhygi bacchi ...
