11-Jun-2025 (In Divorce Law)
Dear sir / mam
My matrimonial cases running in thiruvaiyaru magistrate court and thanjavur family court. I m working out of tamil Nadu, it's difficult for me arrange tickets to come and attend the court hearings, so some time i was jobless, may i know is there any procedure for Video conferencing during non appearance of court hearings
Madam,
As you have two cases, firstly you can transfer your case from thiruvaiyaru to Thanjavur family court.
Then both matters will be heard together. You can also apply for video conferencing detailing your inconvenience.
That way it will be helpful for you to conduct the cases easily. For further query do contact us.
