what is the procedure for divorce and how to recover marriage expense

I want to know if we want divorce and expense back incurred in marriage from other party, then what needs to be done? Also in which sections of law a case can be filed?

if you want divorce and marriage expenses back then you are required to file divorce petition before the family court and you can pray for divorce along with marriage expenses.
As such no specific law is there for recovery of marriage expenses but there are some other remedy are also available that depends you are husband or wife or other fact and circumstances.

As per your query two issues has been raised that is process of divorce and maintenance/ return of expenses which incurred in marriage. I would like to inform you that you can file divorce case under Section 13 Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and also under Special Marriage Act. Your second issue pertains to the recovery of expenses for that relief you should have to file maintenance case under section 125 of Cr.P.C.
