What is the best way to win a false allegation domestic violence for men? My wife has filed DV case on me after i sent a legal notice because she and her parents never responded to my calls or messages for 5 months. In her petition she has mentioned that i had beaten her black and blue and beaten her to pulp. But i have never done that and they're also demanding 1cr but she earns more than me and i don't have earn even 1% of it. How to tackle this ?

Today people are misusing DV act, however in order to prove her allegation she need to produce the evidence before court, are else her case will not stand ... you will be acquired. DV case is not criminal it is quasi criminal.. be confident and fight it .
