What is the best way to remove 498a case after reaching settlement?

19-Jan-2025 (In Divorce Law)
My divorce issue has been settled after agreeing to a hefty amount. They are asking me to pay 50% of the amount while signing an MOU and the remaining to be submitted in court. They are saying that they will remove 498a case only after receiving the first installment. But I doubt that they may not cooperate after getting the money. 1. What documentation from them will help me get the case quashed even if they do not cooperate OR appear in court? 2. Does the MOU we sign have any legal standing?

hi the MOU which is entered upon by the parties is sufficient to prove that she is not standing by the terms and yes it has legal standing and if they are not withdrawing then you could file for quash petition
