What is next action if wife refused 1st time RCR Notice

Hi nmy wife left on her own wish, she filed 498, DVC, Maint , I took and attended all and explained and still cases are running ...after all I sent RCR notice she refused to take the notice, please help me here what is the legal action that i can ask court or court can take next actions.

hi you could file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in court seeking order from court and that it would be useful in defending the cases of 498A and DVC cases and also you could file quash petition against 498A case
