What is my next step? how to I leave him smoothly?

I'm 30 years old. I got married at 9 years before and I have 2 daughters. My husband abuse me mentally and physically. He hit me badly in my head one month before so I leave him with my kids? now he give compliant in Police my wife spoil my daughters study and she is not come back? what can I do further ?
