What is legal definition of Stridhan

My friend got married recently according to hindu rituals in presence of relatives and friends. It was an arranged marriage but the girl started making excuses for not staying with her in laws since the very first day. Then after 5 days her parents and relatives came to boy's house and took the girl along with them. Later, they refused to send the girl saying that the girl doesn't like the boy and they want to cancel the marriage. Now the girl's parents are threatening boy's family for false dowry case. The marriage has not been consummated so what is the best solution in this situation. And also what is Stridhan and who has the right on gifts and other articles given to girl at the time of marriage by boy's family, after the divorce? I am sorry for such a long question but this information would be very helpful, Thanks a lot
They is simpler process just file a divorce by mutual consent and free from.all embarrassed situation strudthn means what ever provide girl at the time of fera that is called sridhan. Kindly move to the court

What is the evidence of stridhan?
Stridhan covers all gifts, movable and immovable, received by a woman prior to marriage, when she married, during childbirth, or during widowhood. The court will not necessarily consider a womans list of assets if it is signed by two witnesses.

If she doesn't come back then it's a grounds for divorce itself.
