I am in receipt of reply on legal divorece from ADVOCATE ATUL C FALDU on 14.2.2017, that divorece on stamp paper is valid but here advocates are saying it is not valid and cheat to next spouse , pls ack. Thanks
Legal divorce on Rs. 100 . Stemp pepar. And with id proof and notarized at both prasent notary advocate. And with 2 witnesses. "OR" same drafting with stamp pepar. Is registered at sab-registere office. With 2 witnesses.

Customary divorce is not valid, until it's proved by custom. You have proved that said custom is privilege in your community long time ago.
It's called customary divorce.
If you are patel or Rajput then it's custom in said community to give divorce by custom but in vaishanav it's not.

It is the matter of verification of the documents. Second thing is that if that documents is false then why complaint was not made?
To obtain the decree of divorce it will obtained from the court only.
