What if my wife commits suicide when she returns

We are living separate from 1 year 1.she tried to do suicide many times and she only told she will take divorce and left me Now she is saying she will live with me I am afraid if she come and do suicide then it will be problem for me Please advice thank you
Hello, your decision is more important, decide your priorities first, whether you going to stay with her or not? Incase you want to give her divorce then Please inform local police station, that she threatened you and mentally she is not stable. Then file divorce matter.

Yes if any woman dies in suspicious circumstances within 7 years of marriage, it will be considered as dowry death. Thus, it is advisable that you should be careful about the same. Also, if there is such a situation then you can opt for divorce by mutual consent under section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act.
