What if, after every month...my husband says..muje nhi rehna iske sath..muje divorce chahiye.....fir khud hi bolte h muje nhi chahiye....to m Aisa kya proof le skti hu...taki vo kabhi divorce k liye na bole na de paye....stamp paper PE likhvana kafi hoga?

you can go for settlement deed and you can write your terms and condition of divorce in settlement deed then you can go for divorce in mutual consent for further query plz free to call otherwise contested divorce you can go
