What I need to say to judge in the court room

I had sex with my wife. But my lawyer said to me that you should say we don't have sex for one time also to the judge. what kind of scenario that I need to face in the court by my wife lawyer. What I need to say

is the case filed for non consummation of marriage then it's no family life and the consummation did not happen, if you have already submitted a petition before the court and if u reverse your statement against wat u have filed then think of the outcome, if your wife admits that you were in marital life then your marriage connot become null and void

What type of case do u filled ..? Do u know the particulars filled in affidavit of urs in the above case ..? Did u signed the affidavit..? U had a sex with ur wife only one time or more. Than that ..! U have to know the section filled in ur case
