Divorce on the basis of adultery is a tough nut to crack, however the evidence in your possession seems enough to initiate the matter , but more evidence needs to be collected to make it an iron clad case.

yes, you can approach Court and file or Divorce on the basis of adultery. You can use these evidence before Court to get order in your favour. So, approach Court for relief....

I think this is enough but u should go for some documentary evidence and also if possible plan something where you could get their photographs where both are accompanying one another .Apart from this warn your wife initially then take any legal action send her to her matrimonial house and send her legal notice first in this regard.

Hello,
According to sec 497 of IPC The cognizance of this offence is limited to adultery committed with a married woman, and the male offender alone has been made liable to punishment.
So i would suggest you that if you really unhappy with your marriage, then take divorce.
