What charges will be applicable on wife's illegal boyfriend

If husband has submitted a case for divorce against wife and her boyfriend who already married. Then what charges will be applicable on wife's male friend after proof of DNA test positive with child of wife

If u have filled a case of divorce then first of all marrying without taking a divorce is illegal and is an act of bigamy punishable under 494 IPC. .If DNA report is positive then it is an act of cruelty by any of the spouse then ur wife shall not be entitled to any maintenance ,u can challenge that in the court .Contact me for any help .

As section 497 Adultry is not offence so you cant make any charge against her boyfriend but if DNA report was positive then husband have strong ground to prove adultey against wife and get Divorce degree without playing single panna to wife
