what are the ways to ensure property of husband is not sold

what are the ways to ensure property of husband like land is not sold, while the divorce case is going on. Basically he shouldnt be able to sell that property, so that wife gets her legal claim, if any, at the time of judgement. Properties are self-acquiredPlease suggest best possible ways...Namaskar!!

hi if you are staying in the house and if he is about to sell the property then you could file residence order under doemstic violence act and as the properties are self acquired then he could sell the properties as per his wish
