What are the rights of daughter-in-law?

25-Jun-2024 (In Divorce Law)
A daughter-in-law who lost her father after 3 months of marriage was being tortured by their in-laws family for more than 3 years regarding dowry. What a daughter-in-law should do when their in-laws family torture her and deny her entry into the home or force out from the home for not giving the dowry they demand? Does this come under domestic violence?
